Access to public data was closed with the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Russia for security reasons. However, the analysis shows that not all data require concealment. Such policy has significantly worsened the transparency of state and local self-government bodies, and citizens have lost their prompt access to open data, which is of considerable public interest.
