The Business Integrity Academy is a UNIC educational project created to train and bring together compliance professionals.

We are starting the traditional annual discussion about compliance, best compliance practices in Ukraine, anti-corruption mechanisms and generally about a healthy business norm, how to build it.

Antonina Prudko, Head of the UNIC was a speaker at the Compliance Club of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine on the topic “The strategy of professional development of Ukrainian compliance specialists.”

During the panel discussion, UNIC presented its developments at the Vth Kharkiv International Legal Forum, "Stable Business Models Based on Respect for Human Rights."

The UNIC Certification and questionnaire fully comply with the best standards of compliance checking and prevention of corruption in force in other worldwide jurisdictions.

The Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance has completed a strategic meeting "Compliance as an advantage of responsible business" of private and state-owned enterprises leaders.

The Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance survey stated that more than 66% of Ukrainians are willing to pay with a wallet (10-20% more) for respectable companies goods, meaning the company with a good reputation.

Together with leading Ukrainian and international practitioners, UNIC discussed the topic “Identifying and resolving conflicts of interest: international standards/implementation in Ukraine”.
