A VACANT MEMBER POSITION IN THE UNIC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Dear UNIC members,

Please be informed that there is a vacant member position in the UNIC Executive Committee (starting from May 31, 2021).

According to the Memorandum on partnership for the Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance, the Executive Committee Members shall be elected for a period of 3 (three) years, with possible re-election. Thus, the term of powers of Lana Sinichkina, the Executive Committee Member, nominated by the members and elected at the General Meeting on May 30, 2018, are nearing conclusion. On behalf of the Secretariat and UNIC, we would like to express our gratitude to Lana for her professional and dedicated work in the UNIC Executive Committee.

We would like to invite UNIC members to submit recommendations on possible candidates to the Executive Committee members in accordance with the procedure as described in the Memorandum: at least 5% of voting support of the UNIC members should be provided, which stands for the votes of at least 3 (three) current UNIC members.

Candidates for membership in the Executive committee shall have an impeccable business reputation, high professional and moral qualities, public image, as well as demonstrable tangible experience in the field of prevention and/or combat of corruption.

In case of your interest, please send an application to info@unic.org.ua no later than by April 20, COB. An application should include a candidate CV, motivation letter, and a list of UNIC members (including contact details) that nominated the candidate to the Executive Committee.

The Secretariat shall conduct screening (review of open data information) relating to each candidate for the past 2 (two) years preceding the screening. Upon completion of the screening, regardless of its results, the Secretariat sends a portfolio of all candidates with the screening results to all UNIC members.

A new member of the UNIC Executive Committee will be selected during the voting session of the Annual General Meeting of the UNIC Members in May.
