The first event for national medium enterprises "Are there any chances for scaling Ukrainian business during wartime?".

On November 25, in Kyiv, UNIC, with the support of the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, the national project Diia. Business and Prozorro.Sales organized the first event for national medium enterprises, "Are there any chances for scaling Ukrainian business during wartime?".

The speakers of the event shared with the participants with specific examples and opportunities that will help small and medium enterprises stay afloat in the difficult war conditions in Ukraine.

"The economic war continues, so today we will talk about compliance as a fighting method against Russian invaders," Oleg Lagodienko, head of Ethicontrol and member of the UNIC Executive Committee, emphasized during the event, "We must understand that the war will end sooner or later, so business has work to support the economy. Therefore, the issue of scaling up and fighting corruption to reach the integrity of the world’s highly developed countries is now relevant."

According to Andrii Remizov, director of the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, the direction of popularizing compliance is a kind of investment in the future. Small businesses still need to understand how integrity policies work entirely. Still, in the future, when the business expands and enters international markets, the issue of integrity will gain greater understanding and relevance.
