International Women's Day is a good opportunity to celebrate women's achievements over the past 150 years in their struggle for their rights, equal access to opportunities to realize their potential, and equal working conditions.

Access to public data was closed with the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Russia for security reasons. However, the analysis shows that not all data require concealment. Such policy has significantly worsened the transparency of state and local self-government bodies, and citizens have lost their prompt access to open data, which is of considerable public interest.
