The State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Ukraine’s Infrastructure signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Coalition of Public Organizations RISE Ukraine - Coalition for Reconstruction.
The memorandum provides for cooperation in developing and implementing anti-corruption policies and providing access to open data, as well as the joint implementation of the Digital Reconstruction Management System (DRMS), in particular, the Sectoral Reconstruction Management System in the infrastructural sector, which is one of the DRMS key components.
UNIC took part in a meeting with the head of the Agency, during which it presented the main work directions, principles, and procedures of interaction with local self-government bodies, financing sources for reconstruction projects, as well as the anti-corruption work principles.
As part of further cooperation with the Coalition, regular meetings will be held to discuss the mechanisms of working with local communities and introducing anti-corruption safeguards in procurement and restoration project management.
The RISE Ukraine Coalition unites more than 40 Ukrainian and international organizations. The Coalition aims to promote integrity, stability, and efficiency in restoring Ukraine. RISE Ukraine participants have successful experience in implementing reforms and launching state digital systems, particularly Prozorro and Prozorro. Sales, as well as expertise in the development of infrastructure projects.
