UNIC announces an open selection of recruitment agency

UNIC is looking for a company to search and recruit the staff on a long-term basis (hereinafter – the recruitment agency).

The recruiting agency should be ready, if necessary, to provide services for the search and / or selection of the personnel to the Secretariat or other UNIC bodies.

Qualification requirements
The recruiting agency shall meet the following requirements:
- An officially registered organization that provides search and recruitment services;
- It shall adhere to the principles of ethics and integrity in conducting business;
- It shall have at least 2 (two) years of experience of collaboration with Ukrainian and / or international companies;
- Successful experience in filling vacancies for TOP managers.

Working with non-profit organizations and experience in recruiting for compliance and ethical business conduct will be an advantage.
