UNIC Digest_HR Compliance during the war

HR compliance is an important aspect of doing business. And during the martial law period, it plays a particularly important role and strengthens employee trust in the company. In the face of uncertainty and challenging conditions in Ukraine, adherence to the principles of HR compliance helps to keep important ethical and professional standards in the company and protect the rights and well-being of employees. 

The HR department plays a key role in successful business management. Effective synergy and cooperation of HR with legal or compliance departments form the basis of a meaningful compliance system of the company and thus contribute to developing an ethical corporate culture. 

Therefore, we dedicated the next edition of the UNIC Business Integrity Digest to HR compliance during the war. 

In this edition, we covered the topic of HR compliance implementation on the example of the UNIC member Datagroup/Volia. The company's representatives shared their practical experience of effective HR compliance implementation and the main challenges in this area today.
