We are starting to present you the speakers of our first regional event for national business "Are there any chances for Ukrainian business to scale during wartime?"

On November 25 at 11:00 a.m., medium Ukrainian business representatives in Kyiv and the Kyiv region will have the opportunity to learn from leading experts and practitioners about opportunities that will help businesses stay afloat in wartime conditions.

So,

 

Oleg Lagodienko, head of Ethicontrol and UNIC Executive Committee member, will talk about the importance of responsible business conduct for national companies, in particular:

• how exactly was business work changed during wartime, and what role does business integrity play in receiving investment in today's realities?

• what improper practices in the company are prevented by an established risk management system?

• what are the practical tools and what should be paid attention to when implementing compliance by companies?

Marianna Rozumna, head of the legal and compliance department in Datagroup, will reveal the main advantages of implementing compliance in terms of business scaling using the Datagroup company’s example:

• How and why did the idea of introducing this function appear?
• what exactly was implemented, and what benefits did compliance bring?
• what role does the company's reputation play in obtaining financing from foreign investors

Oleksandr Lyhotop, head of the Prozorro.Sales project office, will share the opportunities that Prozorro.Sales system provides for business, namely:

- which investment menu of objects is available in the system?

- how can you generate income using Prozorro.Sales? 

In addition, during the event, participants will be able to receive booklets with a "road map" of the main requests from international financial institutions in the direction of business integrity.
