The UNIC Forum 2025 “Integrity and Transparency: The Path to Sustainable Investment” has concluded, serving as the key event of the Month of Business Integrity. The forum focused on how reputation, responsible business practices, transparency, and accountability influence Ukraine’s investment attractiveness — particularly in times of political and economic uncertainty.

On 20 June 2025, Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) held a press conference in Kyiv to announce the winners of the inaugural “Business Reputation and Integrity” Award. This initiative marked a milestone within the Integrity Month 2025, as for the first time at the national level, business practices that shape new standards of transparency, accountability, and resilience amid the full-scale war were publicly recognized.

Veteran policy in Ukraine is increasingly seen not as philanthropy but as a reputational and strategic advantage for business. Experts highlighted that by 2030, every third employee in Ukraine will either be a veteran or a family member of a veteran, making veteran integration a key human capital issue.

On 29 May in Kyiv, UNIC inaugurated Integrity Month — an annual initiative that for the fifth time has brought together business, local authorities, civil society, and the expert community to discuss integrity-driven practices.

How can responsible businesses integrate veteran support into their strategy — as part of long-term sustainability, trust, and inclusion? During the webinar, experts will share practical cases and institutional approaches to implementing veteran initiatives within the ESG framework — both in internal company policies and in interaction with clients and society.
