Financial support

 

Ukrainian companies in the light industry, weaving, and fashion industries can join a business tour to Austria.

 

In order to familiarize Austrian partners with the export and human potential of Ukrainian small and medium enterprises in the light industry, weaving, and fashion industry, a business tour, "Establishing Business Contacts with Austrian Light and Fashion Industry," will take place on September 25-29, 2023. Up to 15 Ukrainian women leaders of key specialists in the light and fashion industries will be selected for the trip to Vienna.

UAH 3 million for veteran businesses

 

The Ukrainian Veterans Fund provides funding for businesses of veterans, family members of deceased war veterans, and family members of deceased Ukrainian defenders on a competitive basis.

MHP Agro Challenge, a competition for open innovations in the agricultural sector

 

The Ukrainian Startup Fund and MHP agro-industrial company announce the launch of the MHP Agro Challenge open innovation competition. The competition aims to find innovative solutions to address current challenges in the agro-industrial sector, develop a responsible business culture and environmental awareness among Ukrainians, and stimulate innovative developments in agribusiness.

Grants of up to $35,000 for women and family-owned SMEs

The USAID Competitive Economy Program will award 100 grants to Ukrainian SMEs totaling $1.5 million under the Competitive Economy Program.

 

The project aims to help women develop their entrepreneurial skills and inspire them with successful cases of women entrepreneurs. Grants implementation will begin in the summer of 2023.

Education

Entrepreneurs from Zhytomyr region can join the SMEs Support School.

 

The Small and Medium Business Support School will be held in Zhytomyr from November 17 to 30, 2023. The initiative is being implemented with the support of Mondo NGO (Estonia) as part of the For Ukraine project, the Real Ukrainians Charitable Foundation, and the Improve Yourself NGO.

Course "Social Bakery: From Your Idea to a Business Model"

 

It is time to support social initiatives. A social bakery plays a key role in creating jobs (including for IDPs) and developing the community's economic capacity. Different recipes (including Ukrainian national cuisine) provide a wide range of bread and bakery products in stable demand. This ensures that the business pays off. The advantage is affordable working conditions and technological processes.
