Training at the UNIC Business Integrity Academy has begun!
November 2021 has become significant for the Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance because of the official presentation of the educational project - Business Integrity Academy. The first two pieces of training were conducted for almost 50 participants in a mixed format (online and offline)
UNIC partner in the preparation and conducting of training was "Arzinger" with the course curators - Lana Sinichkina, partner, lawyer, co-head of practices of Anti-Corruption Compliance and Business Ethics (course "Sales and Marketing Compliance: balance between opportunities and risks") and Alesya Pavlynska, Labor and Corporate / M & A Practitioner (HR Compliance from recruitment to dismissal).
On November 10, during the training "Sales and Marketing Compliance: Balance between Risks and Opportunities", participants learned about the role of management in building compliance, the main risks in terms of compliance during promotion, marketing, and sales, and how to ensure sustainable sales growth. At the same training, participants under the speakers’ guidance analyzed real cases and best practices as well as received recommendations for the implementation of compliance practices in business.

On November 24, an event on the topic of "HR Compliance from recruitment to dismissal" was held for HR professionals and CEOs of companies, during which experts shared their experience, knowledge, and practical cases on working with staff by the employee's life cycle.
