Pavlo Verkhniatskyi was elected as the new Chairman of the UNIC Ethics Committee

On February 28, during its meeting, members of the UNIC Ethics Committee elected Pavlo Verkhniatskyi, Managing Partner and Director at COSA, as the new Chairman of the Committee.

Pavlo Verkhniatskyi has extensive experience in integrity, compliance and ethical business conduct in Ukraine, as well as a specialist in corporate intelligence and compliance at the international level. Pavlo manages due diligence projects to investigate the integrity and identify corruption and sanctions risks in the activities of legal entities around the world, as well as corporate investigations and asset tracing projects. He advises Ukrainian and international companies on entering foreign markets and building relationships with stakeholders. He is also a member of the Public Council at the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC), a member of the Audit, Risk Management and Ethics Committee at the Ukrainian Red Cross, and Co-Chair of the Compliance Club at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
