First UNIC Members' Annual Meeting

IMPLEMENTING BUSINESS INTEGRITY CULTURE – FIRST YEAR OF UNIC ACTIVITY. DISCUSSION FOR COMPANIES OPERATING IN UKRAINE AND FIRST UNIC MEMBERS’ ANNUAL MEETING

The UNIC Activity: Achievements and Plans 

In the course of the meeting, the UNIC will present its Annual Report. The Executive Committee and the Ethics Committee will report the results of their activity. The Expert Group will introduce its operations and will share results of its work on developing Legal Risk Assessment tool for members. 

In the framework of the event, the voting for the approval of the UNIC Annual Report, Ethical Standards, amendments to the Memorandum on Partnership and to the UNIC annual budget will be conducted. The UNIC will also elect a new member of the Executive Committee.

During the Experts Panel section, the Certification of business integrity of the UNIC Members, in particular, its benefits and challenges will be discussed. 

Participants 

Authorized representatives of the UNIC Member companies are invited to the voting session according to the Agenda. Other guests are invited to participate in the event as observers. The meeting is open for owners and top-management of companies, including private and state-owned enterprises, Ukrainian representative offices of multi-national enterprises, large, small and medium-sized businesses from all sectors of activities, representatives of the state bodies, civil society groups and business associations.

You will receive an email stating your registration status. Deadline for registration is COB 28 May 2018.
