Many of the UNIC Members do not have such document in business use. Therefore, we would like to provide our members with the template of the Code. We also suggest 11 recommendations to make implementation of the document easy and essential developed by Ario Dehghani, Counsel and Head of Compliance at Redcliffe Partners, one of the Code’s authors.

Scarlet Wannenwetsch, Project Associate Anti-Corruption Collective Action, discussed the role of compliance certification in anti-corruption Collective Action, as well as the recently launched UNIC certification procedure in Ukraine as an example of such initiatives.

Ganna Gerasymchuk, Head of UNIC Secretariat, discussed how compliance works in Ukraine, business ethics and what is behind, as well as UNIC development and business integrity prospects in Ukraine with delo.ua.

In September, Julia Kahlenberg, partner at Pohlmann & Company, joined III International Compliance Forum of Yuridicheskaya Practika. For this purposes Julia prepared an article on: "Effective compliance programme implementation helps identify and prevent risks of law violation."

Anticipating the III International Compliance Forum of Yuridicheskaya Practika Publishing House we have asked some of UNIC members and partners about the certification of compliance, which went out this summer: What is the legal role in implementing compliance practices and whar are the new business development opportunities offered by the certification?
