On 12 December, Kyiv hosted the final event of the project “Promoting a Culture of Responsible Business Conduct for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Regions”, implemented by the Ukrainian Network for Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) with the support of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), in partnership with the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the State Employment Service, and the Made in Ukraine Offices.

On December 10, the UNIC team showcased Ukraine’s experience in fostering a culture of business integrity and implementing compliance practices at the OSCE and OECD side event “Business Integrity, Compliance, and Internal Controls: From Policy to Practice” in Vienna.

The Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) has initiated the project “Promoting a Culture of Responsible Business Conduct for SMEs in the Regions”, in collaboration with the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). This initiative is supported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the State Employment Service, and the “Made in Ukraine” offices.

UNIC together with OSCE, in partnership with the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine and regional Made in Ukraine offices, are launching the project “Regional awareness events for Ukrainian SMEs to promote responsible business conduct standards.”

Eight years ago, we came together around a simple idea — that integrity in business matters. Not as a declaration, but as a daily choice. Back then, it might have sounded a bit idealistic. But that’s where it all began.
