Ukrainian government agencies and state-owned companies, international institutions, as well as nonprofit organizations in Ukraine and around the world can become UNIC partners. ## PARTNERSHIP TERMS   Learn about our key principles for partnering with government agencies, nongovernmental and international organizations, as well as state-owned companies.   State authorities, international and non-governmental organizations State-owned companies Partners must go through a rigorous evaluation process before being voted on and confirmed by the UNIC Executive Committee. UNIC Partners do not become members and not required to pay a fee. Partnership conditions will enter into a written memorandum on partnership for defined activities/project.   **Steps of application process:** 1\. Filling in the self-assessment questionnaire; 2\. Successful passing of the open data verification for the last 2 years; 3\. Review of the application and approval by the Executive Committee; 4\. Signing the Memorandum on partnership. A partner could be expelled from UNIC partnership if a partner failed to pass the mentioned step.   **Partnership criteria:** 1\. Ensure partner history of organization establishment, stable and diversified funding sources 2\. Have proper accounting and disclosure of its own operations and proper governing mechanisms 3\. Sufficient capacity, technical expertise and strong leadership 4\. Support and advocate UNIC ethical standards and conduct activity accordingly 5\. Share and promote UNIC values within their members and staff 6\. State companies are eligible to participate in the Network Partnership Program. The objective of collaboration with state companies under the Partner Program is the collective preparation of the company for Network membership and the establishment of future cooperation in corruption prevention. This includes the promotion of integrity and compliance practices within the company and to external audiences. State companies in the process of corporatization—with an independent supervisory board and an established compliance function, or those planning to establish one—can become partners of the Network. To participate in the UNIC Partner Program, a state-owned company must demonstrate comprehensive support from senior management and confirm the implementation of anti-corruption legislation standards in internal processes. **Steps to participate in the Network's Affiliate Program:** 1\. Apply for partnership by completing a self-assessment questionnaire on the UNIC website. 2\. Undergo a check based on open sources for the last 2 years, with the opportunity for commentary in case of negative information about the company. 3\. Develop a partnership plan, usually for two years. 4\. Review the application and obtain approval from the Executive Committee, including approval of the partnership plan and determination of the partnership contribution amount. 5\. Sign the Memorandum for preparation for membership in UNIC. 6\. Payment of the partnership fee.
