Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA) was founded in 2009. It is a leading expert community and a center for generating reforms in the field of corporate governance and anti-corruption compliance in Ukraine.

The mission of CGPA is to help Ukrainian business to become more profitable, sustainable, and reliable by developing a system of good corporate governance and anti-corruption compliance.

What we do:

• We are creating a center of knowledge, expertise and exchange of experience for Ukrainian business professionals
• We provide businesses and state authorities with expert recommendations on issues of corporate governance and anti-corruption compliance
• We provide professional training and certification of corporate (independent) directors, corporate secretaries and compliance officers
• We help the members of the Association to find a job; and we help the business and the state to find the high-level professionals
