Experts highlighted that by 2030, every third employee in Ukraine will either be a veteran or a family member of a veteran, making veteran integration a key human capital issue.

Companies such as Kyivstar, KERNEL, and Ukrzaliznytsia presented comprehensive veteran support programs covering mental health, reintegration, family assistance, compliance integration, and corporate volunteering.
