UNIC is looking for an event manager to provide logistical support for Network events!

The Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) announces a tender for the services of an event manager or agency to organize and provide logistical support for events. This is a great opportunity for experts with experience in event organization who are ready to contribute to events that promote business development in Ukraine. The selection is open to both individual entrepreneurs and legal entities providing relevant services (event agencies).

Main tasks:

• Logistical support for events (working meetings, training events, conferences);
• Preparation of technical scenarios, budget calculation, selection, and coordination of contractors;
• Venue rental, catering arrangements, photo and technical support;
• Assistance with PR support (announcements, post-releases);
• Event manager presence on-site to coordinate processes.

Selection criteria:

• Official registration, experience in event organization (at least 5 events, including 3 business forums/conferences);
• Confirmed experience with reference letters and a relevant portfolio;
• Experience with international organizations is an advantage.
