UNIC is looking for a translation agency for long-term cooperation

The Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) is inviting tenders from translation agencies (companies or individual entrepreneurs) to provide professional written and oral translation services for the Network’s materials from English to Ukrainian and vice versa. We are looking for a reliable partner who shares our values of transparency and integrity and has translation experience in legal and economic fields, particularly in compliance and anti-corruption topics.

Scope and Types of Services:

• Written translation of articles, training materials, templates, and other documents related to UNIC's activities.
• Simultaneous interpretation for UNIC events (online and offline), including working meetings and conferences.
• Editing of translations prepared by UNIC’s Secretariat.

Candidate Requirements:

• Officially registered company or individual entrepreneur with at least 3 years of experience in translation services.
• Use of professional CAT tools for written translation.
• Proficiency in English legal and economic terminology, particularly in the context of business integrity and anti-corruption.
• A team of at least 10 qualified translators.
• Availability of professional equipment to ensure simultaneous interpretation during offline events.

• Registration documents.
• Information about the agency's and team’s experience, examples of previous projects, and client recommendations (at least three).
• Financial proposal detailing the cost of all the mentioned services.
