UNIC updated the members of the Executive Committee

On October 10, the Extraordinary General Meeting of UNIC Members was successfully conducted. We are delighted to announce that this meeting officially approved the Network Strategy for 2024-2025. . This strategy document outlines the strategic direction for UNIC's future development and introduces novel approaches to our community's initiatives. These initiatives will have a global focus on advancing the culture of business integrity, enhancing educational and business capabilities, and advocating for greater transparency in Ukraine's reconstruction. This strategy document resulted from extensive collaboration between our team and the Network's members and bodies, and we are excited to embark on our future endeavors with renewed vigor.
During the Meeting, six members of the Executive Committee were elected to serve a three-year term. The Committee now consists of the following individuals:

• Hlib Bakalov, Compliance Officer of NEC "Ukrenergo."

• Oksana Burburska, Director of the Risk Management and Compliance Department at the Continental Farmers Group.

• Tetiana Kyryk, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Kyivstar (VEON Group) (re-elected for a new term).

• Olena Makarenko, Partner in the Risk Management Consulting Department, Head of the Forensics Group, and Sustainable Development and ESG Department at KPMG in Ukraine (re-elected for a new term).

• Tetyana Korotka, Deputy Business Ombudsman, Council of the Business Ombudsman of Ukraine (re-elected for a new term).

• Tetyana Khavanska, Anti-corruption analyst and Project Manager in Ukraine at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).(Pending the approval of the request on authorisation for external activities from OECD. Tetiana Khavanska is currently undergoing this procedure). 

 The newly elected members of the Executive Committee will commence their roles on October 11.

We also want to inform you that, due to the expiration of their terms, Olga Savran, Mykola Babenko, and Oleg Lagodienko will conclude their membership on the Executive Committee.
