UNIC Announced the Winners of the “Business Reputation and Integrity” Award

On 20 June 2025, Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) held a press conference in Kyiv to announce the winners of the inaugural “Business Reputation and Integrity” Award. This initiative marked a milestone within the Integrity Month 2025, as for the first time at the national level, business practices that shape new standards of transparency, accountability, and resilience amid the full-scale war were publicly recognized.
Why Integrity Is More Than Just Ethics
The Award was established by UNIC in response to public demand — to demonstrate that business integrity is not an abstraction or a declaration on paper. It is a tangible growth resource, a competitive advantage, and often a condition for survival in an extraordinarily turbulent environment.
“Our goal is to bring business integrity into the public domain — not as an obligation, but as an investment in trust and the future,” said Daria Bilinska, Head of Business Development at UNIC.
The winners were selected based on measurable changes in corporate culture, implementation of compliance tools, transparency in relations with partners and society, and the sustainability of initiatives.

Next Steps: Scaling and Visibility
UNIC announced that the Award will become an annual event. The plans include establishing a National Register of Integrity Practices, conducting training sessions for businesses, and integrating integrity assessments into corporate sustainability strategies.
“We want integrity to become mainstream. Not an exception, but the rule of the game and a core value of Ukrainian business,” emphasized UNIC representatives.
Background. The UNIC Award is part of the annual UNIC Integrity Month, which since 2020 has been the largest series of events in Ukraine dedicated to responsible business practices.
The event was supported by the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) — the leading EU-funded anti-corruption programme in Ukraine, co-financed and implemented by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
