The renewed UNIC Business Integrity Academy is launched

The Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) relaunches the Business Integrity Academy. The Academy returns as a modern platform for promoting integrity in business, offering new initiatives, courses, and training programs.

 The relaunch began with a training session for employees of a UNIC member company, the State Scientific and Technical Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety. The event, attended by nearly 100 participants, focused on addressing gender biases and stereotypes.

 The training was led by Olha Popadynets, a state expert on non-discrimination and a consultant and trainer on gender equality and social inclusion. Participants explored key aspects of stereotype formation, their impact on professional growth and corporate culture, and practical tools to create inclusive practices within their organizations.

The event marked a significant step toward creating a more inclusive corporate environment and highlighted the importance of gender equality in business practices.

The UNIC Secretariat is actively preparing a series of webinars dedicated to the latest topics on compliance implementation and tools for transparent business practices. The first webinar is scheduled for March, so stay tuned for our announcements!
