Today UNIC celebrates its 8th anniversary!

We have created a space where companies can speak openly about their challenges, learn from one another, and find their own solutions.

This is how a community was born — one made up of people for whom compliance is not a formality, but a culture.

Over the years, we have:

• been among the first to adapt compliance practices for SMEs, launching a grant program to support small and medium-sized businesses, an online course on Diia.Business, and the Compliance Navigator — to make ethical business accessible to everyone;
• introduced a special program for state-owned enterprises and established the Compliance Officers Club — a professional community for experience-sharing and peer support;
• joined the OECD Business Integrity Group and became one of the leading collective business initiatives in the region — with our projects featured as case studies in OECD reports;
• organized the Business Integrity Week at a time when this topic was only beginning to enter the public conversation;
• launched the Business Integrity Academy, which has become a systematic platform for training both businesses and the public sector;
• introduced the UNIC Award to recognize companies that not only declare integrity but actively build a culture of trust.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has been with us through these eight years — our members, partners, colleagues, and friends.
