Starting from December 2018 UNIC Secretariat has been implementing Project "Making Clean Business a Norm", funding by funded by the Kingdom of the Netherlands. One of the measures to be taken as part of the implementation of the project is to repeat studying the spread of corrupt practices in relations between the authorities and private companies "Corruption Risks in the Government Work: Business Point of View", which will also include conducting a survey among the UNIC members.

UNIC and Vox Ukraine have jointly developed a series of articles on business climate in Ukraine.The first article is prepared by Olena Limakova, Head of Legal at Sandoz Ukraine

On 26 September 2019, Kyiv will host the European Pro Bono Summit. The Summit is organized by Pro Bono Club Ukraine and the Global Pro Bono Network. UNIC is an informational partner of the Summit.

One of the objectives of the implementation of the MATRA (the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands) supported Project “Making Clean Business a Norm" is to develop the UNIC’s Secretariat organizational and expert capacities. The Project team and UNIC Secretariat will require an assistance of an external facilitator to organize a Strategic Planning process.

Tetiana Kheruvimova, an inspector at the Business Ombudsman Council and a member of the UNIC Expert Group, discussed the benefits of doing business transparently with Zakon & Business publishing.

On 29 July 2019, UNIC signed the Memorandum of partnership with the State Scientific and Technical Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety. The Memorandum was signed by the Director of SSTCNRS and Ivan Sakal, Financial Director at Organic Systems, Head of the UNIC Executive Committee, and Gaiane Karakashian, Head of the UNIC Secretariat.

On 29 July 2019, UNIC has signed the Memorandum on partnership with NNEGC "Energoatom". The official signing event took plae at the offices of Energoatom in Kyiv with the participation of President of Energoatom Yuriy Nedashkovsky, as well as Ivan Sakal, Financial Director at Organic Systems and a member of the Executive Commitee and Gaiane Karakashian, Head of the Secretariat, on the UNIC side.
