Announcement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of UNIC Members, October 10, 2023

Dear friends,

We are pleased to extend an invitation to all our partners and colleagues for the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of UNIC Members, scheduled to include both procedural and intellectual discussions. The meeting is set for October 10th at 14:00 Kyiv time.

During the procedural part of the meeting, we will present, discuss, and seek approval for the new Network Development Strategy for the years 2024-2025. Additionally, there will be a presentation and vote on the revised UNIC Executive Committee.

The second part of our meeting will feature a discussion on the topic "From Losses to Recovery: The Realities of Compensation for Losses to Ukrainian Businesses." Invited experts will analyze the procedure for recording and indemnifying business losses and discuss the prospects for implementing these mechanisms based on practices in Ukraine and globally. The discussion will be moderated by Olha Shenk, partner at CMS Cameron McKenna Ukraine.
