UNIC, together with Arzinger Law Firm, invites you to the event “New Lobbying Law: Opportunities for Business or New Risks?”

Agenda includes panel discussions:

  • Introduction of lobbying regulation – current concept, prospects, and potential amendments

  • How the new regulation may affect state–business interaction – practical aspects

  • Workshop on European lobbying practices

Discussion topics:

  • Key provisions of the Lobbying Law: entry into force, main rules, Transparency Register, main stakeholders, structure of the law, preparation of clarifications for practical application

  • Current legislative initiatives to improve the Law

  • Existing interaction between business and government: how the new regulation may change mechanisms of influence on state decisions

  • Readiness for implementation: plans, challenges, and prospects for enforcement

Moderator: Lana Sinichkina, Partner at Arzinger Law Firm, Member of the UNIC Executive Committee.

Participants include: Members of Parliament, business representatives, NACP officials.

Participation is free of charge, but places are limited. The event is open to real sector businesses and NGOs interested in transparent lobbying.
