We continue to introduce you to new members of the UNIC team, and today we are pleased to introduce Mariana Tekliuk, who joined us as a Manager for the coordination of long-term training programs.
Maryana has extensive experience in educational management, the organization of educational processes, and the development of educational programs, which will be an important contribution to the development of the UNIC Academy. She has successfully implemented a number of projects aimed at increasing the professional level of participants in various fields.
Her main tasks include:
- Strategic planning and coordination of the Academy's work. Maryana will be responsible for developing the Academy's development strategy, engaging key stakeholders, and implementing global best practices.
- Development of a pilot long-term training course. The expert will be involved in developing the curriculum and modules, selecting teachers, and coordinating the creation of materials for the Academy's online platform.
- Organization of participant recruitment and events. Ensuring high-quality delivery of educational programs and implementing quality control measures, such as surveys of teachers and participants.
- Communication and representation of the Academy. Maryana will maintain contact with teachers, program participants, and representatives from business, government bodies, and other partners.
- Promotion of the Academy brand. Together with the PR department, she will coordinate advertising campaigns, analyze marketing results, and implement ideas to improve the Academy's financial performance.
