KPMG in Ukraine is starting a survey of women leaders
PMG in Ukraine invites female business leaders to participate in the annual global KPMG Global Female Leaders Outlook 2023.
The purpose of the survey is to collect and analyze the views of women who hold management positions in businesses around the world and in Ukraine, the main economic prospects of business against the poly-crisis background caused by the consequences of the COVID-2019 pandemic, a full-scale war in Ukraine, and global economic and political challenges in the world.
This year, the KPMG Global Female Leaders Outlook pays special attention to the impact of crisis phenomena on business and the personal sphere. How are the results of crisis management different for men and women who manage business processes? Do they demonstrate different coping strategies, and how does this affect the companies' resilience, both in terms of business performance and team retention?
About the survey
The survey consists of three blocks of questions:
1) regarding economic prospects, strategy, technology, ESG, diversity, and inclusiveness;
2) about overcoming crisis phenomena, women's leadership style, and career challenges;
3) fundamental questions about organizational processes and the influence of life characteristics on the careers of female leaders.
