Lana Sinichkina Elected Chair of the UNIC Executive Committee

At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the All-Ukrainian Network for Integrity and Compliance (UNIC), personnel decisions were adopted following the termination of Hlib Bakalov’s mandate, due to the completion of his employment with the company that had delegated him to the Executive Committee.

By vote, the members of the Executive Committee supported the election of Lana Sinichkina, Partner at the law firm Arzinger, as Chair of the UNIC Executive Committee for the term until the next General Meeting of the Network’s members.

Lana Sinichkina has extensive experience in compliance, corporate governance, and legal support of business, as well as many years of practice in matters of integrity and compliance with international standards.

We thank Hlib Bakalov for his service on the UNIC Executive Committee and for his contribution to the development of the Network.
