The Conductors of Changes Forum in Kyiv: business, government, and society leaders will discuss the challenges and strategic steps the country needs to take

The IX Conductors of Changes Forum will take place on 25 September in Kyiv. Traditionally, the event will bring together business owners and leaders, reputable public figures and statespersons, and intellectuals – all those who strive to preserve, restore, and develop our country.  

The event is organized by Deloitte Ukraine.

Topic of the Forum: “Vision through the darkness: resist and prevail”.

During the event, we will talk about how we can navigate through the darkness, while remaining strong and ready to recover and develop. What resources do we have for this, where should they be directed, and what should we do differently to have a chance to succeed. Discussions will be focused on:

  1. Strategic priorities for victory.

Moderator: Sergiy Kulyk, Managing Partner of Deloitte Ukraine.

  1. Energy challenges and the new economic structure of Ukraine.

Moderator: Yegor Grygorenko, Partner, Head of Consulting and Risk Advisory at Deloitte Ukraine.

  1. Restoring human capital.

Moderator: Olena Boichenko, Consulting Partner at Deloitte Ukraine.  

  1. Leadership in times of crisis: practices for creating highly effective teams.

Moderator: Roman Bondar, СЕО of Korn Ferry Ukraine.

Speakers: Taras Chmut, Head of the Come Back Alive Foundation, Volodymyr Kuzyo, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Serhiy Chernenko, Chairman of the Management Board of FUIB, Yevhen Hlibovytskyi, CEO of Frontier institute, Oleksandr Bohutskyi, CEO StarLightMedia, and others.
