Compliance 2018: analysis of the latest trends and best practices, ArcelorMittal, Kryvyi Rih

On 14 December 2018, Arcelor Mittal held the business forum “Compliance 2018: analysis of the latest trends and best practices”, conducted with the support of UNIC. The forum gathered about 100 compliance officers of the company. The discussion was dedicated to the recent legislative changes in Ukraine and in the EU, to sharing experience and best practices. Moreover, the forum was also organized for students – young generation of future compliance managers.  

Ganna Gerasymchuk, Head of the UNIC Secretariat, presented the UNIC operation and as well as made a brief introduction to Business Ombudsman Council, an initiator of UNIC. We would like to thank the representative of the UNIC member Siemens Ukraine – Yulia Odarchenko, Country Compliance Officer at Siemens Ukraine. Yulia shared her experience and best practices of implementing compliance in the company.
