Andriy Kolotiy appointed as UNIC's Government Relations Manager

The UNIC team is expanding, and new specialists are joining us, with whom we will introduce you in the coming days! Today we would like to introduce Andriy Kolotiy, our Manager of Relations with State Authorities.

Andrii has extensive experience in management positions, having contributed to large-scale state reforms related to the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economy, the State Tax Service, the State Customs Service, and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. His key achievements include coordinating the implementation of IT systems for healthcare (eHealth), overseeing the Export Strategy of Ukraine, managing tax reporting for FOP in ACTION, supporting the state digital ecosystem for the DREAM recovery project, and managing projects for the tax service, such as developing electronic cash registers and the national export strategy of Ukraine.

Key responsibilities Andrii will take on:

• Shaping the strategic vision for the GR direction and developing the Network’s advocacy policy. Andrii will lead the strategy for government interaction, focusing on identifying key development areas, launching advocacy initiatives, and selecting the most effective cooperation mechanisms between government bodies and businesses.
• Strengthening international communications. A critical aspect of Andrii’s work will involve enhancing collaboration with international partners, particularly the OECD and other organizations, to introduce global best practices in business integrity in Ukraine and ensure the adoption of international recommendations.
• Promoting reforms in business integrity and anti-corruption. Andrii will actively support reforms aimed at introducing criminal liability for legal entities and increasing transparency in business practices. His role will include providing technical assistance in drafting legislative changes and developing expert proposals.
• Facilitating dialogue between government bodies and business associations. Andrii will organize discussions on key reforms and advocacy events to foster constructive cooperation between the private sector and the state.
