It is no secret that corporate culture and company values are inseparably linked with people who transmit and profess them.

How to involve employees to support the integrity culture and ethical standards in their daily activities? How to help an ordinary employee to realize that compliance policies are not imposed by the employer, but the responsibility and integral part of the employment contract.
