FORMS OF PARTICIPATION
Full membership
in UNIC is available to businesses that meet the membership criteria and demonstrate an appropriate level of business integrity and compliance.
Associate membership
intended for those who share UNIC's principles and values but do not yet fully meet the requirements for membership.
For private-law legal entities owned by the state or local communities, associate membership is a mandatory first step. They may obtain full UNIC membership only after becoming an associate member and successfully completing their Development Plan.
HOW TO JOIN UNIC?
To become a full or associate member of UNIC, you need to:

в UNIC можуть отримати представники бізнесу, які відповідають критеріям членства та демонструють належний рівень ділової доброчесності і комплаєнсу.
Асоційоване членство
передбачене для тих, хто поділяє принципи та цінності UNIC, але наразі ще не повністю відповідає вимогам для набуття статусу члена. Для них асоційоване членство є можливістю разом з UNIC визначити напрями розвитку системи доброчесності та комплаєнсу, реалізувати індивідуальний План розвитку та надалі претендувати на членство в Спілці.
Для юридичних осіб приватного права державної та комунальної форми власності асоційоване членство є обов’язковим першим етапом: набути статусу члена UNIC вони можуть лише після отримання статусу асоційованого члена та успішного виконання визначеного для них Плану розвитку.

Submit an application to join UNIC
Confirming compliance with the membership criteria and agreement to adhere to the principles and values of the Network.

Complete the compliance assessment questionnaire
Based on the results, the candidate receives an assessment of their current level of compliance and recommendations for further development within the membership framework.

Undergo the membership approval procedure
For full membership, information about the candidate is shared with current UNIC members, who have the opportunity to raise substantiated concerns regarding the candidate. This stage does not apply to candidates for associate membership.

Receive a decision on admission to UNIC
The final decision on granting full or associate membership is made by the Executive Director of UNIC in accordance with the procedure established by the Charter.

Pay the membership fee
In accordance with the applicable membership fee and payment terms established by the Network.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
UNIC members pay their membership fees by bank transfer in the national currency of Ukraine to the Network’s designated bank account, within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

Note: For companies that are part of a corporate group in Ukraine, the membership fee is determined based on the combined indicators of all legal entities belonging to the respective group.
