📍 What happens to a business’s principles when it starts to grow?
On 29 October in Lviv, in partnership with UCU Business School, we’ll talk about ethics as part of everyday business decision-making — from working with teams and partners to difficult choices where money, new opportunities, and the company’s growth are at stake.
At the event “Growing with Integrity: How Ethics Impacts Business Development and Scaling”, we’ll bring together entrepreneurs and experts to discuss how an owner’s personal principles gradually become part of the culture of the entire company.
During the panel discussion, entrepreneurs and experts will explore:
▫️ difficult decisions where they had to choose between short-term gains and their principles;
▫️ moments when growth requires businesses to rethink familiar approaches;
▫️ how an owner’s personal values become part of corporate culture;
▫️ whether ethical conduct can be a competitive advantage;
▫️ what businesses want to preserve even as they scale.
After the discussion, we’ll move into a Business Meetup — four rounds of short conversations with entrepreneurs about principles, growth challenges, and opportunities for collaboration.
