Antonina Prudko

UNIC Executive Director 

Antonina Prudko is an expert with 20 years of experience working with international, government, and nongovernmental organizations in Ukraine. Over the past decade, Antonina has led initiatives in the field of business integrity and compliance; specifically, at UNIC, she is responsible for strategic management, organizational development, establishing dialogue with government authorities, and engaging with international partners and donors. Previously, Antonina worked on the OECD’s anti-corruption project in Ukraine, focusing on legislative reform and strengthening the capacity of the Business Ombudsman Council. Her prior experience also includes large-scale projects on civil society and justice development in collaboration with Pact Inc., the OSCE, and the American Bar Association.

Mariana coordinates UNIC’s educational initiatives and the strategic development of the Academy of Business Integrity. She develops and implements educational programs, courses, webinars, training sessions, and professional events. She manages the full cycle of educational projects—from concept development and collaboration with experts to implementation and evaluation of results. She has extensive experience in developing educational products, project management, and creating practical training formats for businesses. She works to ensure that UNIC’s educational programs help businesses develop competencies, implement integrity principles, and foster a culture of compliance.

Iryna Yehorova

Iryna coordinates UNIC projects and initiatives that bring the business community together around the principles of integrity and compliance. She is responsible for organizing events, liaising with Network members, partners, and contractors, and managing project documentation. She ensures effective coordination of processes and communication among all project participants. She works to ensure that every UNIC initiative is implemented effectively, on time, and creates value for the business community.
