The UNIC constantly contributes to corruption eradication from all spheres of our country's life, which is especially relevant in the conditions complicated by the war.

UNIC, together with the National Agency for the Corruption Prevention - NACP, Arzinger, and with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI), present Methodological recommendations for business, which informs in detail how to correctly choose a candidate for a position that can be associated with corruption risks.

Our answer is that compliance is definitely relevant! But let's take a look at what exactly is its importance for business.

Last week we talked about what compliance is. We've noticed that business representatives often ask the question: Is it really that hard to simply comply with the law? Or does this require a separate definition - "compliance" - and even a separate specialist?
