For this purposes Julia prepared an article on: "Effective compliance programme implementation helps identify and prevent risks of law violation." Providing an example of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) of the US Julia discussed how successful implementation of compliance programme could positively affect discipline of business processes, increase employee involvement, decrease fraud cases and spending, improve mental spirit and reputation of a company.
