# WIM CEE Forum: Impact of Diversity & Leadership on Performance

UNIC is happy to be an information partner and to invite to **WIM CEE Forum: Impact of Diversity & Leadership on Performance**. This is the 1st Central & Eastern European forum organized by **CFA Ukraine** and **CFA Institute Research Challenge in Ukraine**.
How team diversity impacts competitiveness and performance? This controversial topic and more will be discussed by **finance and investment professionals from 5 countries**. Except panel discussions the forum offers several workshops.

Working language of the event will be English. Simultaneous translation to Ukrainian will be provided.
