# The VI Forum "Conductors of Changes" – Synergy of Business, State, and Society

**The VI Forum "Conductors of Changes" – Synergy of Business, State, and Society**
Six years in a row the Forum brings together ambitious business leaders, reputable public and state leaders as well as thought leaders to achieve overarching goal – to transform themselves, their business, and the state. The event is organized by **Deloitte Ukraine**. UNIC is an information partner of the Forum this year.
**When:** 24 October 2019
**Where:** Hilton Kyiv Hotel, 30 Tarasa Shevchenko blvd.
**Topic of the VI Forum: "Trust. Partnership. Responsibility"**
Recent nationwide events show that the level of trust in public authorities, within business environment and our society has dropped to its historical minimum, which adversely affects many aspects of our lives: from personal relationships to economic and political instability.
That is why it is important to start a public debate on trust, as it is a significant but poorly used resource of development, without which the country has little chance of success.
**Panel discussions of the Forum:**
- Five years of (mis) trust: Retrospective and vision. Moderator – Andrey Bulakh, Managing Partner at Deloitte Ukraine
- New social contract: A small talk or imperative of our time? Moderator – Valeriy Pekar, lecturer, Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, Co-founder of the Civic Platform "New Country"
- Trust in business: Declared value or value indicator? Moderator – Dina Nemirovich, Strategic Consulting Leader at Deloitte Ukraine
- Leadership through trust. Moderator – Roman Bondar, Managing Partner at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine

This year the Forum has a social mission – to address the issue of inclusiveness and employment of people with disabilities. 20% of the ticket value will be contributed to the social initiative.
