# UNIC INVITES YOU TO A WEBINAR FROM THE “COMPLIANCE AND AWARENESS” SERIES!

“Catch Me If You Can: How to Prevent Corruption in the Workplace” is the topic of a discussion session hosted by the UNIC Educational Platform.
The guest speaker will be Maria Fabricheva, a well-known psychotherapist, transactional analysis practitioner, consultant-mediator, and creative director of social-psychological projects.
UNIC is launching a new series of webinars dedicated to humanitarian technologies and the social foundations of ethical business.
We will examine compliance as a cultural and psychological code of society—how to influence a person’s social consciousness beyond punishments and prohibitions.
What psychological traits lead a person to want to violate workplace discipline or even the law?
Is it possible to predict which employees are most prone to deviant behavior, under what conditions it occurs most often, and whether such incidents can be prevented within a company?
How should a manager act to minimize the risks of such incidents?
You’ll find answers to all these questions by attending our session.
