Adoption of this law would significantly restrict access to vital information, jeopardizing Ukraine’s European integration path, transparent reconstruction, public oversight, and the fight against corruption abuses that may arise during post-war recovery. The RISE Ukraine Open Data Group, which includes UNIC representatives, has long been advocating for the restoration of access to state registers and databases based on a risk-oriented approach.
