# The UNIC Certification fully complies with the best standards of compliance in the world

The UNIC Certification and questionnaire fully comply with the best standards of compliance checking and prevention of corruption in force in other worldwide jurisdictions.
Certification as a recognized standard could solve many operational issues while conducting financial monitoring by Ukrainian banks.
And what is essential to make it easier for companies to enter international markets and become a guarantee of reliability for investors.
Such an opinion was voiced during the discussion on September 16 among the experts of the Committee on Banking and Finance of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham).
Among further steps, the Network will set up a dialogue with national regulators on implementing UNIC instruments, e.g., Certification by banks and other financial institutions while conducting financial monitoring.
