# We offer an accessible instruction "Basic principles of risk identification and their minimization"

In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the so-called "red flags" - indicators of the lack of accurate compliance in the company.s and recommendations (including regulatory authorities).en faces risks. It is important to have enough tools to minimize these risks or prevent them.
Risk is an integral part of business. From the very beginning, the decision to start a business is associated with risk ("will it work or not?"), every decision made while doing business also often faces risks. It is important to have enough tools to minimize these risks or prevent them.
It is compliance that becomes the tool that will help prevent and overcome the risks with failing to follow legislation requirements, standards and recommendations (including regulatory authorities).
Among other UNIC products that have appeared this year, we offer an accessible instruction "Basic principles of risk identification and their minimization", in which you can learn about the main elements of building a compliance system and what advantages this system brings to the business.
This instruction is also unique in that it was developed by experts from the UNIC member company Arzinger based on their many years of practical work experience in the field of building compliance and integrity practices.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the so-called "red flags" - indicators of the lack of real compliance in the company.
