# Tax efficiency during wartime: risks analysis and opportunities for business and the state

In partnership with Sokolovskyi and Partners Law Firm and Arzinger Law Firm, **UNIC invites you to discuss "Tax efficiency during wartime: risks analysis and opportunities for business and the state".** This event is held within UNIC Business Integrity Month.
**Date of the event: May 24, 2023, 16:00-17:00**
**Format: online event (Zoom).**
Issues for discussion:
- New rules for tax audits from 1 July and how businesses can prepare for them
- Return to the pre-war VAT taxation regime
- Maintaining electronic document management and tax audits
- Problems of returning foreign currency earnings
- What taxpayers should pay attention to in order not to bring it to court practice
