Anti-competitive practice. Economic security of an enterprise. Assets search and identification. Usually all these notions are perceived in a highly negative way since preventing fraud and corruption committed by partners seems to be nearly impossible. During the webinar, Counsel and Head of Business Protection practice at GOLAW Igor Vinnytskiy will explain how to act in a competitive environment in order to protect business.
**The webinar will be focused on:**
- forecast and analysis of the risks of a competitive environment;
- management of internal and external business risks relating to potential fraud, corruption, embezzlement of assets, raiding, information leakage;
- check of the business reputation of competitors, partners and contractors;
- management of negative consequences in doing business;
- search and identification of assets.
