# On May 11 at 11:00 a.m., the UNIC Annual General Meeting will be held dedicated to "Reconstruction based on integrity: the road to a new Ukraine"

Dear friends! On May 11 at 11:00 a.m., the UNIC Annual General Meeting will be held **dedicated to "Reconstruction based on integrity: the road to a new Ukraine,”** where a wide range of experts will discuss the extremely important topic of Ukraine's integration into the world's leading economic communities, in particular, joining the OECD.
As part of this topic, a panel discussion "Acceding to OECD Anti-bribery Convention – what it means for business," will be moderated by Lana Sinichkina, Partner at [Arzinger](https://www.facebook.com/ArzingerLawFirm/), UNIC Executive Committee member.
In particular, the following issues will be discussed:
- What does Ukraine's application to join the OECD and its recently acquired Participant status at the OECD Working Group on Bribery means?
- How is the state preparing for Ukraine's accession to the OECD Working Group on Bribery?
- What will accession to the Convention mean for Ukrainian business, and what new requirements will it bring? How can businesses prepare for the introduction of these OECD standards?
- The example of European countries: the changes that business has gone through in preparation for the country's accession to the OECD?

We would like to remind you that the Meeting will also include open panel discussions on the role of business in the country's reconstruction and the issue of business integrity practices as one of the main criteria for receiving funding for reconstruction.
