# Compliance Dilemma Forum 2019

We invite you to participate in the Compliance Dilemma Forum 2019.
Organizers: KPMG in Ukraine, UNIC, Sayenko Kharenko
The forum will take place in Kyiv on November 20, 2019, at the Hilton Hotel from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
What Makes It Unique: Ukraine’s first compliance forum based exclusively on real-world case studies. Leading experts from various industries will share practical insights and solutions. At the Compliance Dilemma Forum, you’ll learn how to build an effective compliance system and foster effective collaboration within your organization.
Format: a one-day event consisting of panel discussions and case studies.
Forum participants will find answers to questions facing compliance professionals:
- Compliance culture. How to change employee mindset.
- The role of the information security function in building a compliance function.
- Contemporary ethical dilemmas.
- No mercy, no pardon.
- The forum will also feature relevant practical case studies. Among them:
Conflict of interest (Track 1)
Use of corporate funds by company executives for personal gain—by a commercial director, compliance manager, and executive director at an FMCG company.
Promoting the Role of Compliance (Track 2)
